Our policy for returns is covered in more detail under the 'store policies' section. A summary of this policy is as follows:

At A1 Coffee, we do everything possible to ensure that the product descriptions are accurate and contain all the relevant information you require to make the correct purchase. In order to keep our costs down, we do not supply goods on a trial basis.

We will, of course, replace or refund items that have been shipped in error, or are significantly not as described. We may also accept returns on a case-by-case basis where agreed by us. However, we do not accept returns for items that have been ordered in error or are no longer required by the customer. It is therefore the responsibility of the customer to ensure the goods they are purchasing are suitable for their requirements. This enables us to keep the prices down for all our customers. We ensure that all of our products are displayed for sale with images and descriptions that are accurate and give the buyer all the information needed to make a decision. We are happy to answer any questions you may have before you purchase any items from us.

All returns must be sent with a returns number. This can be obtained by calling the main helpline number (0845 293 9356). No goods should be returned to us without obtaining this first as refunds or exchanges can only be made with our agreement.

Should A1 Coffee agree to the return of any goods you are responsible for arranging the return delivery at your expense. A1 Coffee will advise the return delivery address. You will also be charged a restocking fee of 25% of the invoiced amount of the returned goods plus VAT. Specially ordered or bespoke goods may be subject to additional charges at A1coffee's discretion. This is because it is unlikely that we will be able to sell the goods to another buyer at full price. Refunds will only be paid after A1coffee have inspected the returned goods and after deduction of collection and restocking charges and the cost of repairing any damage or replacing missing items.
